Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice, though any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
We will not dispatch any medication until payment has been successfully received and your consultation has been approved by our pharmacist.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, appropriate packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
